2. Customs and import duties
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in the form of customs duties, import VAT, or other import charges. These costs are not covered by us and must be borne by the buyer. The handling and payment of any applicable customs and import fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
3. Transport damage
We ask the customer to check the goods upon receipt for obvious transport damage and completeness and to inform us of any such damage as soon as possible. The customer's statutory warranty and other rights remain unaffected by this.
